Training for the Masters Athlete

Training for the Masters Athlete ( 35+) requires different strategies and programming than younger athletes. Masters athletes can achieve incredible levels of fitness but they need to go about skill development, training and recovery with more thought and experience.

Shellie Edington has competed at the CrossFit Games every year since 2013. Each year improving on the last. 2012- Open Competitor, 2013 Games Qualifier, 2014 CrossFit Games 3rds Place, 2015 CrossFit Games Open Champion, 5th place CrossFit Games, 2016- CrossFit Games Champion.
